Paul Clasper Managing Director |
Has thirty years experience in the marine industry, and established the PCAL consultancy in 1984 to undertake the management and supervision of offshore survey and engineering activities. Employed by leading British and American engineering and survey companies, he has worked on project management teams for major oil and gas companies worldwide. He is an Incorporated Engineer and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. |

Tim Powell Operations Manager |
Tim graduated in Geology and followed this up with a Post Graduate Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying. His experience includes data processing, Party Chief on complex geophysical surveys, setting up new operations in the Far East and managing the logistics of vessel mobilisations to remote locations. |
Steve Wilde Project Manager |
Steve originally studied Marine Surveying and is now involved in Project Management of seabed surveys world wide. His main projects include deepwater site investigation and pipeline inspection, maintenance and repair surveys. He is used to working at the highest levels within organisations and liaising with local authorities, the media and corporate businesses in the United States, Asia, Middle East and Europe. |

Dick Bullock Dive Safety Consultant |
Dick Bullock has thirty years experience in diving in the offshore energy industry. His involvement has included all types of diving worldwide (including Air and Mixed Gas) on various projects including civil engineering, cable repair and maintenance, offshore construction, pipeline repairs (installation of hyperbaric habitats), riser installations and SPM maintenance. After a long period in management he now offers consultancy services and develops Diving Safety Management Systems. |
