Paul Clasper Managing Director	Has twenty five years experience in the marine industry, and established the PCAL consultancy in 1984 to undertake the management and supervision of offshore survey and engineering activities. Employed by leading British and American engineering and survey companies, he has worked on project management teams for major oil and gas companies worldwide. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Marine Engineers and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Gert Riemersma Software Engineer	Has over fifteen years experience in the hydrographic survey industry, where he specialised in post-processing of survey data from pipeline construction and inspection surveys, site surveys and bathymetric surveys. His offshore experiences are now being used in the development of software and GIS applications for the O&G and hydrographic industry.
Brian Tollin Senior Geotechnical Engineer	Has twenty five years experience in onshore and offshore engineering works. Further to obtaining a Masters degree in geotechnical engineering he worked as Senior Engineer for a major operating company with whom he gained wide experience in the design and installation of subsea structures, pipelines and platforms. As a geotechnical engineering specialist he is experienced in all aspects of offshore foundations, trenching and seabed stability. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Institute of Civil Engineers.
Richard Brown Surveyor	Has twenty five years experience in surveying. He has particular expertise in digital data acquisition, data processing, presentation and compilation of survey data from a variety of survey systems. He is currently involved in planning preparation and execution of large scale, multi-disciplinary survey projects.
