PCAL is an independent consultancy incorporated in 1987 for the provision of survey project management services to the international oil, gas and marine engineering industries. In addition to organising and managing offshore survey operations the company now provides a range of project support services covering site investigation, dredging and construction management.

Most of our projects involve the design and installation of underwater pipelines and include the preparation of tender documentation, independent evaluation of bids and project management of the offshore work. We are also involved in the supervision of dredging and construction works, including diving and inspection.

We work internationally and are associated with projects from Canada to Argentina and the North Sea to the Far East.
